Measure an Existing Ring & Ring Sizer App
Place a ring that fits your chosen finger on a flat surface and measure its inside diameter in millimeters using a precise ruler (excluding the metal ring itself).
You can also download a free "Ring Sizer" app on your smartphone (available on iOS and Android). Simply place your ring flat onto your screen and adjust the circle to match its inner diameter in seconds.
Measure Your Finger Circumference
Wrap a strip of paper or a flexible ribbon around the base of your finger without tightening too much. Mark the intersection and measure the length in millimeters.
